Mon petit beret sells head accessories through its merchant site, monpetitberet.com. The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to establish the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by Mon petit beret and therefore apply, without restriction or reservation, to all orders made by the Customer on the said website.

Mon petit beret reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the site, without notice to its customers. The Customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale before placing an order. The general conditions of sale applied will be those in force on the date of validation of the order.

Order

To place an order, the Customer must follow the following steps:

1° Select on the site the products he wishes to order

2° Add the selected products by clicking on “add to cart

3° Access your basket and modify it if necessary

4° Validate the basket once it suits him and complete his personal information for billing and delivery

5° A summary of the order (selected items, total price of the order and delivery information) will appear

6° Validate the order by clicking on “validate your order”

The "validation click" constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has between the parties the same value as a handwritten signature.

By validating the order at the end of the ordering process, the Customer expressly declares to accept this order as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale, without restriction or reservation. This implies the obligation for the Customer to pay the price indicated during the validation.

A summary of the order and acknowledgment of receipt will be sent electronically to the Customer as well as the notification of the opening of his customer account with his identifiers. In the absence of availability of the Goods, Mon petit beret undertakes to inform the Customer and to refund his order.

Payment

After validation of the order, the Customer must follow the instructions of the online payment server to pay the All-Inclusive Price (shipping costs included). Purchases made on www.monpetitberet.com are paid in cash exclusively with one of the following means of payment:

- Bank cards: Credit card, VISA, Mastercard,
- Paypal: if the Customer has an account with the corresponding service provider.

In accordance with article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, payment by credit card and its commitment are irrevocable. By communicating the information relating to his bank card, the Customer authorizes Mon petit beret to debit his bank card for the amount corresponding to the All-Inclusive Price.

Nevertheless, Mon petit beret reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a problem or dispute with the Customer following the payment of a previous order.

In the event that the debit of the All-Inclusive Price is impossible, the Online Sale and the order will be cancelled.

Mon petit beret implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the monpetitberet.com Site.

Proof of transaction

The registers computerized by Mon petit beret will be considered as proof of any exchange, order and payment made between the parties.

The data (purchase orders, invoices, emails) are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

Stock and product availability

Each item is offered within the limits of available stocks.

Exceptionally, a product may appear "in stock" but when the order is placed, it is no longer available. This problem is particularly possible when orders are placed simultaneously for the same product by several customers.

In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products after validation of the order by the Customer, Mon petit beret will inform it electronically as soon as possible and will refund the product(s) using the original method of payment. Mon petit beret declines all responsibility in the event of cancellation of a model by one of its suppliers or unavailability.

Price

The prices of the goods sold on the site www.m onpetitberet .com are indicated respectively by article and reference.

The prices displayed are indicated in Euros all taxes included. Any change in the legal rate of VAT will automatically be passed on to the price of the products referenced on the site.

The prices displayed do not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in addition, and indicated when placing the order before the final validation.

The period of validity of offers and prices is determined by Mon petit beret which reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order.

The products remain the property of My little beret until full payment of their price.

Delivery

Delivery times are available on the site and may vary depending on availability and the type of goods ordered. The delivery time of the products corresponds to the shipping processing time to which is added the delivery time.

After validation of the order, the Customer will be kept informed electronically of the dispatch of his order.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

The Customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to My little beret . He must ensure that the address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers is essential to ensure timely delivery.

The Customer remains solely responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In the event of an error, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely borne by the CUSTOMER.

The modification of the delivery address of an order already dispatched to the address indicated by the customer during the validation of the order is not possible.

Delay of treatment

The processing time for each order differs depending on the product ordered.
Mon petit beret nevertheless strives to produce a treatment as soon as possible, within 24 to 72 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed, the shipping time will be between 24 to 72 working hours. Mon petit beret strives to guarantee shipment within 24 hours on 95% of its orders.

As soon as the order is dispatched, the CUSTOMER will receive the tracking information electronically to the email address previously provided.

From the dispatch of the order, delivery times can range from:

- Up to 14 working days to France;

- Between 10 to 30 working days to foreign countries.

The Customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the delivery times indicated on the product pages are average estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are offered by My little beret . On the other hand, the costs of returning an item will be borne by the Customer.

Delivery tracking

The Customer can follow the status of his order on the Website, in the "Track my package" section.

The Customer can use the tracking number of the parcel communicated in the e-mail of notice of dispatch of his order to follow the routing of this one by connecting to the Website of the carrier.

Lack of delivery

In the event of non-delivery, if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered by the carrier but that the Customer has not received it, the latter must contact the Customer Service of My little beret within 7 days of the expected date of delivery:

– On the monpetitberet.com website directly by sending a request via the “Contact us” section

An investigation will then be opened by Mon petit beret with the relevant departments of the carrier and will inform the Customer of the progress of his file by e-mail. No refund action will be taken until the investigation is closed.

The Customer has 7 days from the scheduled delivery date to notify My little beret . After this time, no investigation can be opened.

No refund will be made by My little beret for packages whose carrier confirms delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes one or more out-of-stock items, Mon petit beret will still send the order for the available products. Reimbursement will take place in favor of the Customer on the original method of payment in respect of the out-of-stock item(s).

Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of his order to exercise a right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay any penalty (apart from return shipping costs). Nevertheless, Mon petit beret grants additional time to the Customer. The Customer then has a period of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of his order to return an item.

Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. These must not have been used or damaged or have suffered any deterioration, however slight. Any product that is damaged or incomplete for reasons beyond our control will not be refunded.

Return costs will not be refunded. Please consult the "RETURN" section at the bottom of the site and follow the procedure.

The products must be returned within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the order, to the following address:

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Mon petit beret will refund the sums paid (excluding return costs) within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made via the same means of payment as the one used when ordering.

Liability & Warranty

The goods marketed are those described on the site on the day of consultation of the site by the customer, within the limit of available stocks.

Mon petit beret provides maximum detail in the description and presentation of its products to best satisfy the customer's information.

The presentation photographs of the products sold on monpetitberet.com faithfully reproduce the products offered to the customer. However, there may be minimal variations in the representation of the products. This is because some patterns, some colors may be nuanced by studio lighting, depending on screen quality, color registration settings and brightness.

    Force majeure

    Execution by Mon petit beret of its obligations under this Contract will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a case of force majeure which would prevent or delay its execution, within the meaning of article 1218 of the Civil Code.

    Mon petit beret will notify the Customer of the occurrence of such a case within two days from the date of occurrence of the event.

    The suspension of the obligations can in no case be a cause of liability for non-execution of the obligation in question, nor induce the payment of damages or late payment penalties. The performance of the obligation is suspended for the duration of the force majeure if it is temporary.

    Consequently, as soon as the cause of the suspension of its obligation disappears, Mon petit beret will make every effort to resume the normal performance of its contractual obligations as soon as possible. For this purpose, Mon petit beret will notify the Customer of the resumption of its obligation by email.

    If the impediment is final, the order will then be canceled and refunded in full to the customer.

    Data Privacy

    Mon petit beret undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information provided by the customer. These remain confidential.

    They will not be used by Mon petit beret only for order processing or any other form of communication between My little beret and its customers.

    In application of the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, reinforced and supplemented by the RGPD (general regulation on the protection of data), the customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion and portability of all personal data.     On the occasion of the creation of his customer account on the Site, the Customer will have the possibility of choosing if he wishes to subscribe to the newsletter of My little beret .

    Quel est le délai de livraison de ma commande ? 

    À compter de l’expédition de la commande, le délai de livraison variera de 3 à 14 jours ouvrés pour les commandes à destination de la France. 

    Toutefois, à titre exceptionnel et en fonction du transporteur local, le délai de livraison peut excéder 14 jours. En effet, Mon petit béret détient plusieurs centres de distributions. 

    Pour les commandes à destination de pays étrangers, le délai de livraison variera de 10 à 30 jours ouvrables.

    Votre attention doit être attirée sur le fait que les délais de livraison indiqués sur les pages produits ne sont que des estimations et ne sont pas garantis.

    Les livraisons sont-elles possibles en dehors de la France ? 

    Sauf cas exceptionnels, Mon petit béret assurera les livraisons à l’étranger.

    Combien coûtera l'expédition ?

    Les frais de livraison sont : 

    • 4,99€ à destination de la France jusqu’à 39,99€
    • 8,99 € à destination de l'Europe jusqu’à 39,99€
    • 24,99€ à destination du reste du monde (international) jusqu’à 74,99€

    Les frais de livraison sont offerts dès 40€ d'achats sur le site internet pour la France et l'Europe et dès 75€ pour le reste du monde (international).

    Mon petit béret. En revanche, les frais de retour d’un article seront à la charge du Client.

    Ma commande

    Les informations de suivi de la livraison de ma commande me seront-elles fournies ?

    Mon petit béret attire votre attention sur le fait que lorsque votre commande comporte plusieurs articles, ces derniers peuvent arriver de façon séparée en plusieurs livraisons.

    Dans une telle situation, vous recevrez plusieurs numéros de suivi, lesquels seront donc appropriés à chacun de vos articles. 

    Toutefois, si vous n’avez pas reçu le/les numéro(s) de suivi de votre commande dans les 72h après l’avoir passée, Mon petit béret vous invite à contacter son service client par courriel : contact@monpetitberet.com

    Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. Pourquoi le délai de livraison est-il retardé ?

    Mon petit béret s'excuse sincèrement pour ce retard.

    L’expédition internationale peut parfois prendre plus de temps que prévu en raison du dédouanement ou des évènements mondiaux pouvant perturber la livraison.

    Vous pouvez néanmoins suivre l'acheminement de votre commande à tout moment dès l'expédition de celle-ci en vous rendant surParcelsApp.

    Pour ce faire, il vous suffit d'entrer le numéro de suivi qui vous a été préalablement communiqué par email. 
    Pensez à vérifier les onglets "Spams" et "Promotions" de votre boîte mail. 

    Certains articles de ma commande sont manquants, est-ce normal ? 

    En effet, il est possible que les produits d’une même commande soient expédiés de façon séparée lorsque ces derniers proviennent d’entrepôts différents.

    Par conséquent, soyez rassuré(e), le reste de votre commande arrivera sous peu.

    Je ne suis pas satisfait(e) de l'article que j'ai reçu et/ou j'ai changé d'avis. Puis-je obtenir le remboursement ? 

    Mon petit béret s’efforce de résoudre au mieux les différentes problématiques que vous pourrez rencontrer.

    Afin d’obtenir le remboursement de votre commande, Mon petit béret vous invite à la retourner dans un délai de 30 jours après réception de celle-ci, tout en respectant les conditions visées dans notre politique de retour et notre politique de remboursement.

    J'ai reçu un article endommagé. Quelle est la marche à suivre pour effectuer une réclamation ?

    Mon petit béret s’excuse sincèrement pour ce désagrément.

    Dans une telle situation, il conviendra, dans un délai maximal de 30 jours après réception de la commande, d’envoyer une photo de l’article endommagé au service client : contact@monpetitberet.com

    Après examen de votre réclamation par ce dernier, vous serez avisé si votre demande d’échange sera approuvée. Dans l’affirmative, Mon petit béret procédera à la réexpédition de votre article.

    Je ne suis pas à mon domicile au moment de la livraison. Que dois-je faire ?

    Ne vous inquiétez pas, nos articles seront laissés dans votre boîte postale s'ils sont assez petits.

    Dans le cas contraire, votre colis sera laissé à votre bureau de poste ou relais colis le plus proche où vous pourrez le retirer à l'aide du bordereau laissé dans votre boite postale par le livreur.
